Andrea is a performance coach, marketing and sales strategist, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of international experience in helping people grow their businesses and enhance their personal lives. Known for his practical approach, strategic problem-solving ability, and unconventionally direct coaching methods, he's passionate about helping people win.

Growing up in a modest family in Italy, Andrea nurtured a robust entrepreneurial spirit and the unwavering determination necessary to achieve success.

Despite being an excellent student, he began his professional journey before the age of 18, and became the youngest business developer for Dewalt - Stanley Black & Decker in the fastest-growing regions in northern Italy then further progressed as a regional training manager responsible for developing internal personnel and key strategic partners' sales teams.

In his roles, he gained hands-on sales and consulting experience in diverse sectors as well as further developed his leadership while travelling throughout Italy and honing his ability to develop high-performing teams. In 2012, at the age of 26, confident in his diverse experiences, Andrea migrated to Australia with an international sponsorship.

In Australia, Andrea expanded his expertise as a business developer on high-profile projects, such as the development of Barangaroo Harbourside Precinct and Westconnex, as well as major private colleges in Sydney among others.

However, in 2016, after becoming a father, he faced a personal and professional crisis, experiencing a breakdown in his relationship and career, and finding himself at risk of of losing his family due to a complex migration debacle. It was then that Andrea discovered the power of coaching and began a transformative journey of personal and spiritual development.

Embracing this new direction, he began facilitating within organisations dedicated to supporting men through their challenges, ultimately launching his coaching practice. Alongside his coaching, he also continued to offer independent consulting services to other entrepreneurs, specialising in strategic marketing, business growth, and sales.

In the past decade, Andrea honed his expertise by working directly with leaders like Kerwin Rae, John Demartini, Robin Sharma, Taki Moore and Preston Smiles, earning advanced diplomas in Social Media Marketing and Marketing and Communication. Driven by a passion for empowering others, he gained certifications in NLP, business, and life coaching, expanding his skills to inspire personal and professional growth.

In 2023, after a successful legal and media campaign, Andrea's migration status was finally secured, allowing him to continue his life and work in Australia with certainty. It was then that he partnered with David, united by common values and a shared vision to help entrepreneurs develop clear growth strategies and build profitable businesses.

Andrea is a devoted father to his son and stepdaughter, an advocate for men's wellbeing, and resides with his family in regional Victoria.
